Details: Death Notice and article Citation Text: *** Register 13 September 1882 Sudden Death. — Dr. Rees reported at the Hindmarsh Police Station, at 11.40 on Mon day night, that a woman, 72 years old, wife of Ephraim Ryles, carter, of Rose- street, Car rondown, had died suddenly that evening. He was called to see her, but found on his arrival that she had been dead about ten minutes. No doctor had attended deceased lately, but Dr. Astles visited her about four months ago for general debility. The Coroner having made enquiries did not cousider an inquest necessary.
