Cattle Straying at Perranzabuloe. — Richard Penna was cbarged at Truro, on Saturday, with allowing horses to stray on the public highway on the 17th inst. Frequent complaints were made about defendant's cattle straying, and he had previously been warned. Defendant pleaded guilty and was fined 5s. and costs.

PERRANZABULOE.—An inquest was held by Mr Carlyon, touching the death of Richard Penna, 59, farmer, of Lower Reen, Perranzabuloe. found dead in bed Monday morning. Edward Penna said bis father went to bed Sunday night in his usual health. He had not complained of ill-health. The verdict was “Death from natural causes.”
